You will rarely ever see us at a filming location without a second or even third shooter. The reason behind this is the manner in which everyone sees things differently. There have been multiple times where one shooter will walk right by something and the other shooter will stop and capture the footage which will end up being an amazing shot in the final film. I am always amazed at how differently we all see the world around us and how the collection of two people’s work can benefit the story being told. Seeing things from a different perspective absolutely helps us tell your story in a far more beneficial way overall. We also utilize multiple shooters when able to capture multiple angles of the main subject. By adding these alternating angles we are able to offer a more dynamic viewing for your audience.
We also love meeting new people and making those connections with people. We are a husband and wife videography team which means we work really well together and also usually know what the other is thinking which greatly benefits the workflow of the project. We are both very passionate people and put all of that passion into filming and being contagious with it with our clients. My wife almost always end up sharing a good cry with the bride during the wedding day and the groom always feels comfortable describing their feeling about their soon to be bride with us. We try to not look at the people we work with as clients but as future friends who allow us to share a part of their lives with them.
There are so many reason we use a second shooter but these are just two of the main examples. If you are looking for a crew to tell your story please reach out to us today to see how we can turn your moment into an amazing film.
